tiny individual D6s ($5) and D20s ($10) with tiny silicone skulls inside. Same silicone all the way through so the balance is not effected. 
Comes in a tiny plastic case to keep them clean but can be washed with regular soap and water. They are not food safe, please do not put them in your mouth
