SHIPPING POLICY

I usually make products within 1-10 business days.

I ship using USPS, usually biweekly and offer first class or priority mail.

I do ship internationally, but any taxes and fees associated with customs in the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility.

There may be temporary delays right now due to covid 19 restrictions.

Please note that anything labeled PREORDER has to be made and will take a long time! Dice specifically are very time consuming.

I accept returns, refunds, or exchanges within 30 days. Feel free to contact me for any reason if you are not satisfied with your order.

Custom orders may not be eligible for returns.

Latex prosthetic makeups must be unused to be eligible for returns.

If anything gets broken during shipping, let me know and I will be happy to send you a replacement.
